These Terms & Conditions govern your use of my products and services. By purchasing or using any of my products or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Services

I offer the following products and services:

Web Design Service: Custom website design and development tailored to your business needs.

WordPress Templates: Digital products (templates) that you can download and install on your own WordPress site. Includes 3 months of technical support.

Design Resources & Digital Products: Downloadable digital assets including graphics, templates, icons, and other design resources. Includes 3 months of technical support.

Template + Design Integration Service: Professional installation and customization service where I install the template, personalize content, integrate your branding, and deploy your site. Includes 3 months of post-launch support.

WordPress Maintenance Service: Ongoing WordPress updates, security monitoring, plugin updates, and site maintenance.

Web Hosting Service: Shared web hosting for small websites, charitable organizations, associations, students, portfolios, small businesses, and startups. Storage space: 5GB to 15GB per plan. Servers hosted in the United Kingdom with UKservers.

Print Design Service: Professional print design for brochures, business cards, posters, flyers, and other printed materials.

2. License & Usage Rights

License Grant: For digital products and templates, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or commercial use.

3-Month Support Included: All digital products and templates include 3 months of technical support from the purchase date.

Restrictions: You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
  • Remove or modify copyright notices or credits
  • Use the product as a base to create competing products
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the product

Commercial Use: You may use the product for commercial purposes (selling services, generating revenue) as long as you comply with the license terms.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment Terms: Payment is due in full before delivery. Accepted payment methods are processed through secure payment gateways.

Refund Policy: Digital product downloads cannot be refunded once accessed or downloaded. However, if you have a legitimate technical issue or the product does not function as described within 7 days of purchase, please contact me for resolution.

Services (Web Design, Maintenance, Print Design): Refunds for services are not available once work has begun. Deposits and initial fees are non-refundable after setup begins.

Marketplace Purchases: If you purchase any product through a marketplace or platform, that platform’s refund policy applies. For refund claims, please contact the marketplace directly.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: I retain all intellectual property rights to templates, designs, code, graphics, and underlying technology. You own the content you create or provide (text, images, etc.) within your site or design.

Third-Party Components: Products may include third-party libraries, plugins, or components with their own licenses. You must comply with those licenses as well.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

As-Is Delivery: Products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Guarantee of Results: I do not guarantee that the product or service will increase sales, traffic, or achieve any specific business outcomes. Results depend on your marketing, content, and business practices.

Web Hosting: I provide hosting services on a shared server infrastructure. I am not responsible for issues caused by server hardware failures, network issues, or third-party service providers beyond reasonable control. Uptime is estimated at 99.5% but not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services: I am not responsible for issues caused by your hosting provider, WordPress core updates, third-party plugins, or external services beyond my control.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products or services, including lost profits or data loss.

Your liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining backups of your website and data
  • Keeping WordPress and plugins updated (for hosting customers)
  • Creating lawful content that does not infringe on others’ rights
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing accurate billing and contact information

8. Web Hosting Terms

Hosting Specifications: Shared hosting plans include 5GB to 15GB of storage space depending on the plan selected. Servers are located in the United Kingdom and hosted by UKservers.

Suitable For: Small websites, charitable organizations, associations, students, portfolios, small businesses, and startups.

Billing Cycle: Hosting is billed on a annual basis as selected. Billing renews automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel hosting at any time by submitting a written request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

9. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of products or services after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to products or services if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or breach the license agreement. Hosting accounts may be suspended for abuse, excessive resource usage, or non-payment.
