Do my customers need an account?
No. They choose a service and a time, then leave their name and email. They receive a confirmation with a link to change or cancel their booking.
Can I have several staff members?
Yes. Each person has their own services, working hours and breaks, and customers can choose who they book with.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Bookings can appear in your Google Calendar automatically, so your diary is always up to date.
Can customers pay online?
Bookings are confirmed without online payment: customers pay you as usual. If you need deposits, ask me and I will suggest the right set-up.
What is the difference with Booking + Website?
Booking + Website adds a one-page website for your business: your services, photos and map, found on Google, with a Book now button on every section.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting is free for the first twelve months, then renews once a year for a small fee. I remind you before each renewal.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Use a free address like yourname.yela.uk, register a .uk domain in your name, or connect one you already own.
